 dust reduction at construction sites and industrial plants, and cleaning of high-rise buildings. It integrates multiple functions 

such as watering, dust suppression, high- and low-level spraying, pesticide application, guardrail cleaning, as well as water 

transport, drainage, and emergency firefighting.

(2)Brand configuration: New standard National VI model, Yuchai engine, 200 horsepower, Faster 8-speed transmission, 

4500 wheelbase, 1000 steel tires, air brake, original air conditioning, providing complete vehicle procedures and exemption

5.Product use precautions

(1)In the low temperature season, when the water pump is not working, the water inside the sprinkler pump should be drained. 

All valve switches must be opened to drain the water. If there is a valve blockage, it must be unblocked or replaced.

(2)If the sprinkler pump is stopped for a long time, the parts should be disassembled and cleaned, and a layer of rust proof oil 

should be applied to each processing surface before assembly and proper storage

(3)The mechanical seal does not need to be disassembled for inspection without leakage. When disassembling the mechanical 

seal, handle it gently, pay attention to cleanliness, protect the surface of the dynamic and static rings, and strictly prohibit 

knocking and collision. The main reason for mechanical seal leakage is often caused by surface roughening of the dynamic 

and static rings. The repair method can grind the sealing end face to restore the mirror surface.

(4) Regularly clean the sprinkler truck to remove sediment, garbage, and other debris inside, to avoid clogging the nozzle or 

other areas.

(5) The requirements for the water used are that the sprinkler truck works in the city, so there are certain requirements for water 

use. The water source should not be too dirty, and there should be no floating debris such as stones and sawdust to avoid clogging 

the sprinkler truck nozzle.

8.The product after-sales need to know as follows

(1) Prior to operation, the automotive component must be used to assess the construction site conditions and technical specifications,

 as well as to identify the water intake point and evaluate the water source situation.
(2) Inspect all connecting parts for looseness, and check the water inlet pipe for cracks, leaks, or blockages. Position the water source 

above the tank for filling, ensuring the front of the tank faces the display mirror.
(3) Avoid pressing the accelerator forcefully during watering operations. When using air pressure to operate the power take-off and 

shift gears, gear changes must be performed within the specified air pressure range to ensure full gear engagement (for power 

take-off engagement, air pressure must reach at least 6; when engaging or disengaging the power take-off, depress the clutch, release

 it gradually, and increase throttle slowly). For manual power take-off engagement, fully depress the clutch to activate the manual 

switch. If an unusual sound is heard, it indicates incomplete engagement of the power take-off; promptly depress the clutch to

 disengage it and re-engage. 

During spraying operations, vehicles should maintain a consistent speed and avoid deviations from spraying requirements caused by 

variable driving speeds.
