1.The product features are introduced as follows 

(1)The cleaning and suction vehicle, also known as the joint dredging vehicle, is a new type of environmental sanitation special vehicle that combines the functions of high-pressure cleaning and suction vehicles. The highlight of this vehicle is the dredging of sewage blockage areas that cannot be reached by human labor. Other functions of the vehicle include floor flushing, suction and drainage, manure transportation, landscaping, etc.

(2)The cleaning and suction vehicle integrates functions of washing, dredging, suction, and reverse discharge. It is used for the suction, transportation, and discharge of various liquid and semi liquid forms, as well as various media such as sludge, feces, wastewater, suspended debris sludge, small bricks, and crushed stones under various ditches. It can also be used for emergency treatment of sudden environmental pollution accidents. This will greatly improve the efficiency of cleaning and suction vehicles, and enhance their operational capabilities. Breaking through the past, the cleaning and suction vehicle products adopt advanced technology from domestic and foreign enterprises. After digestion and absorption, vacuum technology is fully utilized, and the dual anti overflow pump device can better avoid tank overflow and extend the service life of the vacuum pump. (4)The suction upper part consists of a circular suction tank, a vacuum pump (optional 5-ton oil circulation or water circulation SK-6-9 according to demand), a power take-off, a transmission shaft, a water and gas separator, an oil cylinder, a water tank, a four-way valve, a multi-channel directional valve, a ball valve, a liquid observation mirror, a vacuum pressure gauge, a hydraulic system, a suction pipe, and various accessories such as a safety lock on the back cover. The tank can be lifted and the back cover can be opened, and the dirt in the tank can be directly dumped through the back cover. The high-pressure cleaning section consists of: external cross water tanks on both sides, hydraulic systems, branded high-pressure cleaning pumps (Tianjin Tongjie/Shuangyao/Pinfu/Weilong pumps can be selected according to needs), 220/215 pumps, water inlet, three-way water filter network, water level pipe, fire hydrant joint, high-pressure gauge, automatic reel, equipped with 19 type 60 meter high-pressure cleaning pipes, 10 ordinary cleaning heads can be used for water tank and sewage tank interconnection with blowing function.

5.Working Principle of Product Operation

(1) Vacuum Sewage Collection System
Upon vehicle ignition, the power take-off (PTO) is engaged to drive the suction pump. The pump begins extracting air from the tank, creating a progressive vacuum. As the suction hose remains submerged below the liquid level, continuous air removal reduces internal tank pressure below atmospheric levels. This pressure differential allows sewage to be drawn into the tank through the suction pipe via atmospheric pressure.

The tank body is manufactured using advanced surface treatment technologies, including sandblasting, spray painting, and plastic coating. This ensures strong adhesion, exceptional corrosion resistance, and a uniform, durable finish. The coating remains vibrant and intact even under harsh conditions such as humidity, dust, and salt spray, with no long-term risks of cracking, peeling, or fading. Beyond enhancing visual appeal, this protective treatment significantly improves rust prevention, ensuring reliability and longevity in demanding environments.

(2) High-Pressure Pipeline Dredging System
Once the vehicle is started, the sandwich-type power take-off activates the high-pressure cleaning pump. Water is pressurized through this pump assembly and conveyed via high-pressure hoses to a specialized cleaning nozzle. The nozzle generates a concentrated, high-velocity micro-jet stream with substantial impact energy, capable of effectively clearing various pipeline blockages.

This method, known as high-pressure pipeline dredging, utilizes a focused high-pressure water jet to perform thorough pipe cleaning and unclogging operations. The technology is efficient, non-invasive, and suitable for a wide range of pipeline maintenance applications, from municipal sewage systems to industrial conduits.

7.The following are the after-sales requirements for the product 

(1)Maintain the appropriate rotation speed of the oil pump vacuum pump; The rotation speed of the vacuum pump is too high, which intensifies the heating of the rotor; If the speed is too low, it will cause additional impacts on the shipping machine and components, affecting their lifespan. To achieve the appropriate working speed, please adjust the optimal position of the hand throttle according to the pump type in advance.

(2)Self dumping and flipping of cans on flat ground; Dumping cans on sloping roads can cause distortion and deformation of various components, leading to malfunctions, and may also cause rollover accidents. It is also not allowed to top a full can.

(3)When self dumping and flipping the tank, first open the tank body and then the tank door; Before unloading the mud from a self dumping tank, the locking bolt should be loosened first, and the rear tank door should be raised to the required angle. When the tank is fully loaded, it is prohibited to lift the tank when the rear tank door is closed, otherwise there is a risk of overturning.

(4)When the oil pump and vacuum pump take power, the engine idles and the clutch pedal is fully pressed. After turning on the power take-off switch, slowly release the clutch pedal.

(5)When the car is in motion, the high-pressure pump and oil pump are in a stopped state

(6)The vehicle is not allowed to inhale materials larger than the diameter of the rubber hose and transport waste oil and hazardous materials.

(7)When entering the bottom of the self dumping and flipping tank for lifting or maintenance, support rods and safety blocks must be used.


8.Precautions for suction and maintenance

(1)Add diesel engine oil to the suction pump and oil gas separator, and replace the oil between 30 and 40 vehicles. For the second time, if you need more than 40 cars, you can replace them. If there is less oil in the future, you can add oil and change the oil every 3-6 months. The hydraulic oil in the hydraulic system is replaced once a quarter.

(2)If foreign objects and water enter the oil and gas separator, the oil must be replaced. The oil in the oil and gas separator must not exceed the observation hole position or be lower than the three-way position of the oil pipe, otherwise it will damage the vacuum pump.

(3)When the outdoor temperature is below 0 degrees Celsius, use antifreeze engine oil. Use diesel engine oil between 0 and 10 degrees Celsius. If the temperature is above 10 degrees Celsius, replace the closed gear engine oil and check to ensure smooth oil flow.

(4)If the vacuum degree of the new pump is not high during the first use, the reason is that there is no oil in the new pump or there is too little oil, and the pump cannot generate a vacuum during operation. Oil cannot be sucked into the pump from the oil and gas separator. The solution is to add 1-2 liters of engine oil to the new pump. If there is oil in the pump, a vacuum can be generated, and the oil can be sucked into the pump from the oil and gas separator, thereby generating a vacuum.

(5)If the suction truck operates carelessly during operation and sucks sewage too much, it will suck the sewage into the vacuum pump and install it in the water vapor separation, oil vapor separation, and pipeline system at the back, causing the entire system to be blocked by dirt. The entire system will not be able to form a vacuum, and in severe cases, it will damage the vacuum pump. In this case, the suction pipeline system (including the four-way valve and water vapor separator) should be thoroughly disassembled and cleaned, the oil and gas separator, the oil pipe tee, and the inlet and return oil pipes should be cleaned, the contaminated oil should be replaced, and the pollutants in the vacuum pump should be carefully removed.

(6)If the oil is not extracted after cleaning and changing, check whether the balls of the water vapor separator and the anti overflow valve are in the corresponding positions (both the anti overflow valve and the water vapor separator should be at the bottom, and the anti overflow valve is only for protective purposes, not 100% effective. If the air bubble in the tank is too large or there is foreign object on the anti overflow valve ball, it will cause the anti overflow valve to be ineffective). After using the car for a period of time, it is necessary to check whether the universal joint screws are loose and tighten or replace them (the transmission shaft connecting the vacuum pump and power take-off is not within the scope of chassis service as it belongs to the upper part, and users need to regularly check and tighten it).
