Installation configuration of cleaning and suction truck:
1. Tank body: Sewage tanks are generally made of 6mm carbon steel plates, while clean water tanks are made of 4mm thick carbon steel plates. The tank body is a cylindrical structure, and the head is formed by one-time die-casting or rotary molding. The interior is treated with rust prevention and equipped with anti wave plates.
2. Cleaning part: The cleaning suction truck is equipped with imported 16Mpa or domestic 24Mpa high-pressure cleaning pump, 60m 19mm high-pressure hose, hydraulic drive reel and carbon steel nozzle.
3. Suction part: The cleaning and suction truck is equipped with domestically produced high-quality vacuum pumps or water circulation pumps.
4. Discharge system: The rear door of the tank is hydraulically opened and manually locked. There is a liquid level window on the upper part and a discharge port controlled by a ball valve on the lower part. The tail usually has a large-diameter self flow valve, with a discharge pipe diameter of 100-200 millimeters, and can also be pressurized with gas for discharge.
