6. Matters need attention
(1)If the hydraulic system is found with abnormal movement during operation, it should immediately stop the work, analyze the cause and eliminate the fault. Do not force the operation.
(2)For both the force carrier and the multiple switching valve, the garbage must not enter the driving state.
(3)The pressure regulating device of the hydraulic system is the pressure regulating bolt on the multi-channel reversing valve. After the pressure regulating device is adjusted and locked, the bolt shall not be transferred at will. Users are not allowed to adjust the oil pressure casually.
(4)When the case is loaded, fast landing is not allowed, and its slow descent should be controlled by manipulating the reversing valve.
(5)When lifting the drawing box due to oil change, cleaning and maintenance, the box pole must be supported to prevent the sudden drop of the box and the accident.
(6) When unloading the box, the flat and solid ground should be selected to stop and the box should rise slowly with the discharge of the material to avoid the vehicle roll or lift the front.
(7)Do not flush the water into the hydraulic oil tank when washing the car. Check the height of the hydraulic oil surface frequently, fill the hydraulic oil when the oil is insufficient, all oil joints shall not leak oil.
(8)The maintenance should prevent collision, avoid parts damage, deformation and scratches and other assembly parts must be cleaned.seven. Hydraulic system fault judgment and treatment when the hydraulic mechanism is not working properly. First, check whether the force collector is properly engaged, whether the hydraulic oil in the tank is sufficient, and whether the suction pipe ball valve is fully open.
(9)The hydraulic mechanism is not moving. Please follow the following steps:

c.Check for the gear oil pump failure. Install a pressure gauge, screw the regulating bolts, observe whether the gauge pressure reaches the specified value;
d.If all the pressure regulating bolts do not reach the specified oil pressure after twisting, the gear oil pump fails and the gear oil pump must be replaced;
e. If the gear oil pump works normally, it is the multi-channel reversing valve core blocked. The spool should be removed to clear impurities and use.
(10)The mechanism moves but is unable to check whether the gear oil pump fails and whether the system pressure reaches the specified value.
