Preparation work for using compressed garbage trucks

The preparation work for using a compressed garbage truck mainly includes the following aspects:

1. Check the vehicle condition: Before each use, the compressed garbage truck must be thoroughly inspected to ensure that all bolts are not loose, accessories are complete, instruments and control handles are sensitive and effective, fuel and brake system pipelines and joints are not loose or damaged, tire pressure and engine fan belt tension are appropriate, battery electrolyte and joints are in good condition, and lubricating oil, fuel oil and water are sufficient in all parts. At the same time, observe whether there are personnel and debris around the vehicle to ensure safety.

2. Start the engine: After parking, tighten the handbrake, shift to neutral, turn on the compression device control switch after starting the engine, step on the clutch pedal, turn on the power take-off control switch and the engine automatic speed control switch, and connect the power.

3. Adjust air pressure: After starting the garbage compactor truck, adjust the air pressure to above 6 megapascals.

4. Adjust the push plate oil cylinder: fully push out the push plate oil cylinder, and then retract it by about 20 centimeters to ensure the normal operation of the refuse collection truck.

5. Other preparations: Check if the vehicle's appearance, tires, power system, lighting, etc. are working properly. Ensure that all lights (such as headlights, brake lights, turn signals) are functioning properly.

Operation process:

1. Press fitting operation: Keep the engine of the waste collection vehicle compactor idle, press the power switch and select the "press fitting" mode. Open the filler cover plate, operate the "lifting bucket" in the rear control box to load the garbage, press the pressure filling cycle button, and perform pressure filling until the push plate is retracted into place and the garbage bin is completely filled.

2. Unloading operation: Keep the engine idling and press the power switch to select the "Unloading" mode. Firstly, select the "up" operation of the filler to lift it to the highest position, and then select the "push out" operation of the push plate to unload the garbage. After confirming that the garbage is completely unloaded, retract the push plate and select the filler to "descend" until the hook is locked.

3. Braking operation: If the compressed garbage truck encounters foreign objects getting stuck during the compression cycle, you can press the "brake" button or "emergency stop button" on the rear control box to stop the operation. After troubleshooting, press the filling cycle button again to resume operation.
