Safety hazards in the operation of hook arm garbage trucks

2025/03/27 14:31

The safety hazards in the operation of hook arm garbage trucks mainly include the following aspects:

1. Overloading operation: When the hook arm garbage truck is packing, if the weight of the garbage in the garbage compartment exceeds the allowable range of the vehicle, it may cause damage to the hydraulic components, resulting in oil leakage and clutch pulley slippage in mild cases, and clutch burnout in severe cases.

2. Improper operation: During the packing process, if the central axis of the garbage bin does not coincide with the central axis of the garbage truck, it may cause the box to not accurately land on the hook arm garbage truck. Forceful operation may damage the pulley at the bottom of the garbage bin, cause deformation of the slide on the garbage truck, and even cause deformation of the hook arm and box of the detachable container garbage collector. Hydraulic components may be damaged due to excessive pressure.

3. Hydraulic system abnormality: If any abnormality is found in the hydraulic system, it should be stopped immediately, the cause analyzed, and the fault eliminated. Do not force pressure operation. In addition, the pressure regulating device of the hydraulic system is the pressure regulating bolt on the multi way directional valve, which cannot be adjusted arbitrarily during use.

4. Improper operating environment: During operation, one should remain vigilant and choose a flat ground when parking to avoid vehicle sliding. Before operating the detachable garbage truck, it is necessary to ensure that there are no pedestrians or obstacles around, and set up warning signs in the work area to remind passing vehicles and pedestrians to pay attention to safety.

Preventive measures and safety operation standards for hook arm garbage trucks:

1. Inspection and maintenance: Before driving the garbage transfer vehicle, carefully inspect all safety facilities of the vehicle, including the braking system, steering system, lights, and horn, to ensure that they are in good condition. In addition, ensure that the hook arm and hook are intact and undamaged to avoid accidents during the operation process.

2. Operation standard: During the packing work, the throttle should be appropriately increased according to the weight of the garbage collected in the compartment to ensure that the garbage compartment can be lifted smoothly to achieve packing. After the homework is completed, the electromagnetic clutch switch should be turned off in a timely manner to ensure that the electromagnetic clutch is in a power-off state.

3. Safety education: Enterprises should strengthen safety education and training for employees, especially outsourced personnel, to effectively enhance the safety awareness of all employees. By regularly conducting safety education and training, we aim to enhance employees' safety operation skills and risk prevention awareness.
