Product Features:

The entire vehicle's tank body and metal components are coated with a polymer anti-corrosion primer and a topcoat, delivering strong adhesion, excellent corrosion resistance, and a uniform, glossy, and durable finish. This not only enhances the overall aesthetics of the product but also ensures reliable performance under harsh conditions such as humidity, dust, and salt spray. Long-term exposure does not result in issues such as cracking, peeling, or fading, thereby effectively extending service life and preventing rust.

Suction System:

The dedicated suction unit of the truck includes a power take-off (PTO), transmission shaft, vacuum sewage pump, pressurized tank, hydraulic system, pipeline network, vacuum pressure gauge, viewing window, and hand-cleaning device. Equipped with a high-power vacuum sewage pump and a premium hydraulic system, the unit features a single-stamp pressed tank front cover and a rear-opening tank body with dual-top self-tipping capability. Waste inside the tank can be directly discharged via the rear cover, offering high vacuum pressure (greater suction force than conventional suction trucks), large capacity, high efficiency, and a broader range of applications.

Working Principle (Suction Mode):

With the vehicle started and the PTO engaged, the vacuum pump begins operating to extract air from the sewage tank. Since the suction hose remains submerged below the liquid surface, air in the tank gradually depletes without replenishment, resulting in internal pressure lower than atmospheric pressure. Under atmospheric pressure, sewage is then drawn into the tank through the suction hose.

High-Pressure Cleaning Section:

This function utilizes the powerful force of high-pressure water flow to flush and unclog blocked pipes. Key components include the tank body, high-pressure pump, and hydraulic system. High-pressure cleaning vehicles are primarily used for removing sediment and clearing hard-to-reach blockages in urban sewers and pipelines, as well as for cleaning industrial drainage pipes, walls, roads, and public squares.

Working Principle (Cleaning Mode):

Upon vehicle start-up, an intercooled PTO drives the high-pressure pump. Water is pressurized to several hundred atmospheres or higher through a high-pressure water generator and then ejected through a fine nozzle as a high-speed micro-jet stream. This concentrated water jet delivers immense impact energy, capable of performing various tasks. The technique of using high-energy water jets to unclog and clean pipelines is referred to as "high-pressure pipeline dredging."
