Daily maintenance of bucket garbage truck
1. Engine system
-Oil and filter element: Regularly check the oil level of the garbage truck (in cold condition), replace the oil and filter according to the manufacturer's specified mileage (usually 5000-10000 kilometers) to avoid engine wear caused by oil deterioration.
-Coolant and water tank: Check the coolant level and regularly clean the external dirt of the water tank (especially in summer) to prevent poor heat dissipation; In winter, it is necessary to replace the antifreeze coolant to avoid freezing and damaging components.
-Air filter: Clean or blow the air filter every 5000 kilometers, Shorten to 2000 kilometers in dusty environment to prevent impurities from entering the cylinder.
2. Hydraulic system (core components)
-Hydraulic oil: Observe whether the oil level is within the range of the ruler, whether the oil quality is emulsified or discolored (normally transparent and yellowish). It is recommended to replace the hydraulic oil every year or after 2000 hours of operation, and clean the oil tank and pipelines at the same time.
-Sealing and piping: Check the hydraulic pump, oil cylinder, and valve interface of the garbage truck for oil leakage daily. If there is slight oil leakage, tighten the bolts. If the sealing components are aging, they should be replaced in a timely manner (such as O-rings).
-Filter element: The hydraulic system return oil filter element needs to be cleaned or replaced regularly (usually every 500 hours) to prevent impurities from blocking the oil circuit.
3. Garbage bin lifting device
-Chain/wire rope: Add lubricating grease (butter) every week, check for cracks, detachment or wear, and adjust the tension when the chain is loose.
-Gears and bearings: The lifting arm shaft and gearbox are regularly lubricated, and bolts and fasteners (such as connecting pins and bracket screws) are checked for looseness to prevent abnormal noise or detachment during operation.
-Guide rail and pulley: Clean the garbage residue on the guide rail of the bucket garbage truck to avoid jamming; Add lubricating oil when the pulley is not rotating flexibly.
