1. Tank structure and material of pipeline dredging vehicle
Material: Made of high-strength carbon steel or corrosion-resistant stainless steel, typically 4-6mm thick, ensuring durability and compressive strength.
Anti corrosion treatment: Internally coated with epoxy resin or polyurethane anti-corrosion coating, externally sprayed with anti rust paint, suitable for sewage and corrosive liquid environments.
2. Core functional design of cleaning and suction vehicles
Vacuum pump: Standard water circulation vacuum pump, vacuum degree ≥ 28kPa, suction range up to 6-8 meters, suction efficiency ≥ 1.8m ³/min.
Suction pipe: equipped with high-strength steel wire wrapped suction pipe, length 8-10 meters, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, equipped with quick couplings.
Self flow discharge: Gravity slag discharge is achieved through a hydraulic lifting device (tilt angle ≥ 45 °) located behind the tank body.
Pressure discharge: Use a vacuum pump to reverse pressure and deal with viscous dirt blockage.
Anti overflow valve: Automatically alarms and cuts off suction when the liquid level exceeds 85%.
Pressure gauge/vacuum gauge: Real time monitoring of the pressure inside the tank to prevent overpressure risks.
3. Auxiliary configuration for vacuum suction trucks
Visual pollution window/liquid level gauge: made of transparent acrylic or glass material, marked with scale lines, to visually monitor the amount of pollution inside the tank.
Cleaning port: A manhole cover is installed on the top of the tank for easy internal cleaning and maintenance.
